These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Experts Pool website and platform ("Portal"), operated by [Experts Pool] ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Definitions
- User: Any individual or entity using the Platform, including Freelancers and Clients.
- Freelancer: A User who offers services to Clients on the Platform.
- Client: A User who purchases services from Freelancers on the Platform.
- Service: Any freelance service offered by a Freelancer and purchased by a Client through the Platform.
- Project: The specific task or set of tasks that a Client requests a Freelancer to complete.
2. Eligibility
To use our Platform, you must be at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. By using our Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. Account Registration
- Creating an Account: To access certain features of our Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Services and Payments
- Service Listings: Freelancers create service listings ("Gigs") that describe the services they offer. Clients browse and purchase these services through the Platform.
- Payment Process: Payments for services are made through the Platform using our designated payment methods. We may use third-party payment processors to facilitate transactions.
- Fees: We charge a service fee on transactions made through the Platform. The fee structure is detailed on our Pricing page.
5. Orders and Projects
- Placing Orders: Clients place orders for services by selecting a Gig and making a payment. Once the order is confirmed, it becomes a Project.
- Project Requirements: Clients must provide clear and detailed requirements for the Project. Freelancers are responsible for delivering the service according to these requirements.
- Communication: All communication regarding Projects must be conducted through the Platform's messaging system to ensure transparency and accountability.
6. Delivery and Acceptance
- Delivery Timeframes: Freelancers must deliver the completed service within the agreed-upon timeframe. If a delay is expected, the Freelancer must inform the Client and provide a new delivery date.
- Review and Acceptance: Clients have a specified period to review the delivered service and request revisions if necessary. If no revisions are requested within this period, the service is deemed accepted.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation Policy: Clients may request to cancel a Project before the Freelancer starts working on it. If a Project is canceled after work has begun, refunds will be issued at our discretion.

8. Dispute Resolution
- Mediation: In the event of a dispute between a Client and a Freelancer, we offer mediation services to help resolve the issue. Both parties are encouraged to work towards a fair and amicable resolution.
- Binding Arbitration: If mediation fails, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with our Arbitration Policy. Both parties agree to waive the right to a trial by jury.
9. User Conduct
- Prohibited Activities: Users must not engage in activities that are harmful, abusive, or illegal, including but not limited to: fraud, harassment, spamming, and infringement of intellectual property rights.
- Compliance: Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our Platform.
10. Intellectual Property
- Ownership: The Platform and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws.
- User Content: Users retain ownership of the content they create and post on the Platform. By posting content, Users grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute the content.
11. Limitation of Liability
- No Warranty: Our Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
- Limitation: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our Platform.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Experts Pool, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other Users.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State of Palestine], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

17. The legality of the terms and conditions of the Experts Pool
If any provision of this agreement is deemed invalid and illegal by any competent court, it will continue to apply with the same force and effectiveness as if it were a legal provision until it is canceled, changed, amended, or deleted here on this page.
